Last year I made chive infused vinegar for the first time. Infusing is such an easy process. All you do is pick & rinse the chive flowers. Add cider vinegar, then store in a dark spot for a month. I had everything in a 1/2 gal jar. & I put about 2 C. flowers & then added the vinegar. Strain after a month & use in salad dressing with a little olive oil.
