Wine Is Bottled

Here's my update on the Vinter's Reserve Cabernet Sauvignon that I have been brewing for the last month & bottled this weekend. I don't have anything bad to say about this product except I only got 24 bottles, not the 30 that it says. Still after tasting some it's so good & will get better with age that I can deal with a few less bottles. Everything went like clockwork & the instructions are very easy to understand. The breakdown per bottle (if you have all of your own equipment) comes out to about $3.50. I actually think I will go back to  my local home brewing store soon & get another kit, possibly a white wine of some sort. It's really worth looking in to even if you are an experienced brewer, just for ease of use. It's going to be hard to wait a few months to get into a bottle.
